1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Who's Your Dad (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract with the Service and comply with these Terms. The Service is not intended for children under the age applicable in your jurisdiction (typically 13).

3. Accounts and Authentication

Login is provided via Google OAuth. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
  • You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that your content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights or laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • No illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
  • No attempts to access non-public areas, interfere with the Service, or bypass security.
  • No scraping or rate abuse beyond what the Service provides.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your content and as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google for authentication and Google Analytics for usage measurement. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
