📰A goal is only worth setting when we acknowledge that we are committing to both the process and the end result. A process-oriented mindset keeps us focused in the present, allowing us to build character and gain experience along the way. A result-oriented mindset can project all of our power into the future, leaving us frustrated and tempted to take short cuts.
